I am assuming the logo and full company name would come from my company domain the Envoy has on file. When I log in now, I see some information (like company logo and full name) displayed, but it also seems to be my personal account that I had created. Then when my company did add me to Envoy, now it seems my email exists in two Envoy accounts. Virtually the same log in process led me to create my own (personal) account, which I was not intending to do. But, the very first time I tried to log in, my company had not connected me with the app. It takes 90 seconds to come back with something (on a fast phone). The recommendations that I would give for using Envoy is, I mean, everything is right there. It wasn't a huge concern, but once we did it and saw how easy it was, it was just perfect. It just kind of moved over and it wasn't a big deal at all. Everybody felt comfortable and able to use Envoy. I was even able to get all of our staff together and get them trained in a short 15 minute session. It just the overall use and ease of Envoy was everything that we needed to keep our business flowing, to keep us COVID compliant, and just make everything go smoothly.Įnvoy onboarding, and switching everything over was so simple. We were able to get our iPad set up that we already had, it was able to have on all stations so people could use it theirself, freeing up more of our staff from doing those sign-ins. The reason we chose Envoy is because of its ease of use and convenience. Also, all of our information, all of our sign-ins are one there in one nice convenient place that I can export right out of Envoy and into Excel, to pull the information and the data I need, which made it really amazing. So switching over provided safety, especially now during COVID, without having to touch pens and pass a clipboard around, and make it much more easy and convenient. Before Envoy, we had a paper sign-in system that we had to manually enter into our billing software. I'm a financial coordinator in the behavioral health industry, and I give Envoy a five.
